My Facial Reset

Veronica Recording Sheet

🎙️ For Veronica — Recording Sheet

All 5 scripts for the My Facial Reset Welcome + Week intros.
Take your time. Pauses are good.

Before you start:
• Quiet room. No fan, no TV.
• Phone Voice Memo works great.
• 6-12 inches from the mic.
Read slower than feels natural. Pauses land.
• If you flub: pause 2 sec, redo the sentence, keep going. I’ll edit it clean.
• Read each script twice if you have time — I’ll pick the best take.

1️⃣ Welcome Video

Hi, and welcome.
(pause)
I’m Veronica.

My daughter built this program in my honor — and I’m so glad you’re here. You’ve just made one of the kindest decisions you can make. Not just for your face. For yourself.
(pause)
This is My Facial Reset. Think of it as yoga — but for your face. No injections. No surgery. No spending a fortune. Just five minutes a day, your hands, your breath, and the forty-three muscles you already have.
(pause)
Because here’s the truth — your face responds to attention the same way your body does. When you train it, it lifts. When you tend to it, it softens. When you show up for it, it shows up for you.
(pause)
Over the next four weeks, we’re going to move together — one zone at a time.

Week one, we begin where everything begins: the neck and posture. The foundation.

Week two, we sculpt the jawline.

Week three, we lift the cheeks.

And week four, we open the eyes and smooth the forehead.

Each week, five short videos. Each one, just a few minutes. Short enough to do with your morning coffee — or right before bed.
(pause)
You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to go hard every day. You just have to show up. Even three or four times a week, and over time, you will see your face change. You will feel it change.
(pause, softer)
And as a founding member — thank you. You’re getting in at a price that won’t last. You’ll have everything we build, month after month.
(pause)
So… find your mirror. Get comfortable. Take a breath.

Let’s reset your face together.

I’ll see you in Day One.

☕ Take a sip of water — pause 30 sec before the next one

2️⃣ Week 1 Intro — Neck & Posture

Welcome to Week One.
(pause)
This is where every facial reset begins — your neck and your posture. Because a long, relaxed neck is the foundation of a lifted, youthful face.
(pause)
If your shoulders are rounded forward, your neck follows. If your chin is always drifting down toward your phone, your jawline pays the price. Everything in your face is connected to what’s happening below it.
(pause)
So this week, we’re going to release tension, lengthen the neck, and reset your posture. Five short days. A few minutes each.
(pause, warmer)
Start where I’m starting you. Don’t skip ahead. The foundation matters.

Let’s begin.

3️⃣ Week 2 Intro — Jawline

Welcome to Week Two.
(pause)
Your neck is awake. Your posture is reset. Now we sculpt the jawline.
(pause)
The jaw holds more tension than almost any part of your body. Stress. Clenching at night. The weight of unspoken words. All of it gets stored right here.
(pause)
This week, we’re going to release that tension and define the line that frames your entire face. We’ll work the masseter, tone the chewing muscles, and tighten the area under your chin.
(pause)
When this week is done, you’ll see your jawline. Other people will see it too.
(pause)
Let’s get to work.

4️⃣ Week 3 Intro — Cheeks & Mid-Face

Welcome to Week Three.
(pause)
Halfway there. Look at you.
(pause)
This week, we lift the cheeks and the mid-face — the part of your face that softens first as we age, and the part that lights up the most when it’s strong.
(pause)
When your cheeks are toned, your whole face looks lifted. Your eyes look brighter. Your smile sits higher. The lines around your mouth soften. Everything in the middle of your face works together — and this week, we’re going to wake all of it up.
(pause)
Bring your hands. Bring a mirror if you can. And let’s lift.

5️⃣ Week 4 Intro — Eyes & Forehead

Welcome to Week Four. Our final week.
(pause)
This is the week we open the eyes and smooth the forehead — the most expressive parts of your face. The parts that show the world how you’re feeling, even when your mouth doesn’t say a word.
(pause)
The skin around your eyes is delicate. The muscles are small. So this week, our touch is light — but the work is real. We’ll lift the brow, brighten the under-eye, release the lines between your brows, and tone the upper lid.
(pause, softer)
You’ve done so much. Take a moment to notice how your face looks compared to four weeks ago. The change is real. The change is yours.
(pause)
Let’s finish strong.

✅ When you’re done — send me the audio file (one file with everything is fine, or 5 separate files). I’ll cut and clean it.
