Veronica Welcome — Hand Fix Preview
The original HeyGen Welcome video had AI-melted-fingers artifacts on Mom’s hands (worst around 3:35 — bulbous fingers).
The fix: Crop the bottom of the frame to remove hands entirely. Face, neck, shoulders, brooch all preserved. Composition reads as a classic head-and-shoulders studio portrait.

- Watch both versions — pay attention to the moments around 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 where the hand issue was worst in the original. It should be completely gone now.
- Pick a winner — V1 (clean crop, my preferred) or V2 (vertical with padding for social).
