Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myfacialreset.com (the “Site”), purchasing a membership, joining our waitlist, or engaging with any of our content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or any of our services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rock Landing Enterprises LLC, a Virginia limited liability company doing business as My Facial Reset.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Memberships, Billing, and Renewal

My Facial Reset offers monthly subscription memberships at one or more pricing tiers, currently including a Basic Tier and a Premium Tier. Membership fees, billing intervals, and inclusions are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time with notice.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

Refunds

Because My Facial Reset is a digital subscription with immediate access to copyrighted material upon payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. If you are unhappy with the platform, please contact us at hello@myfacialreset.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

License & Personal Use Only

As a member or visitor, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view our content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not: share your login credentials with others; copy, download (except where explicitly permitted), redistribute, broadcast, perform, modify, or sell any content from My Facial Reset; use any of our content to train any artificial intelligence model or machine-learning system; or scrape, mirror, or republish any portion of the Site.

Not Medical Advice

My Facial Reset content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, mental health, or nutritional advice. See our full Disclaimer for important safety information.

User Content

If you post comments, share progress photos, or submit any other content to the Site or member areas, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting My Facial Reset. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Community Conduct

Members of any community feature must treat one another with respect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, sexually explicit content, threats, fraud, or any activity that disrupts other members’ experience.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including videos, written guides, audio, graphics, logos, the name “My Facial Reset,” and the wordmark — is the property of Rock Landing Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock Landing Enterprises LLC, Sherryl, our officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of the Site or any content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rock Landing Enterprises LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
